Most friendly people ever! I even got a hug when I left! They were sooooo helpful. I loved them so much!

Hollywood Lights was excellent for us. Chris, Nacole and Bree were very good at communicating for scheduling. Cost was very reasonable and right in line with the quote. They said they’d arrive about 9am and they were here on the dot–and we live in a rural area with a house that is very hard to find! Robert and Chris were efficient, thorough, and explained everything, not leaving until all my questions were answered. I’m having them back out next month to correct some previously done poor work. Highly recommend!!

Customer Service Hands Down!!!

We rented a gobo and some wall wash lighting for an event and were blown away with the customer service.

I had originally asked for a Rose  for the gobo. A week before we were to pick everything up I was sent a text with several of their “Rose” gobo discs. None of them looked like the open rose that I had ordered…

When we arrived to get our lights we were told that an open, blooming rose has never been available and the choices that were sent are what they have. I asked if he could put the discs in and let me see them on a wall. No problem. I wish I could remember his name, but I think he is the rental manager…he showed me several of the discs that had been texted to me. He also suggested what kind of extension cord I would need. It was $3.00 to rent so I went ahead and rented it.

The Rose we ended up getting was not what I had envisioned, but it was BETTER!!! As the night progressed my husband and I were fixated on that pattern on the wall. It was so much better than what we could have imagined.

I highly recommend Rob and Hollywood Lights. I reached out to about 5 or 6 highly rated companies on Yelp. I chose Hollywood Lights based on their reviews, competitive bid and availability. They were always quick to respond and never dropped  the ball.  The quality of the work was spot on and Rob cleaned up the space (and the lights) before leaving. We will be using them again when we update our other lighting fixtures.

Hollywood Lights provided the lighting for my son’s wedding and it was amazing. The service was professional and flawless and the lighting literally made people cry, it was so beautiful. I could not be more pleased.
